ITMA Proposal

The International Trade and Manufacturing Administration would like to propose a joint partnership in technology development. ITMA has been researching new engines that fly faster and at higher altitude, this combined with the weapons technology of the Experimental Corporation would be a very strategic business move for both of us. Our partnership would include a $1,200,000,000 donation from ITMA for the Experimental Corporation's research and use of XRF-45 Phoenix's for testing. In exchange ITMA will be able to buy a license to sell Experimental Corporation technologies in combination with sold aircraft as attachments. ITMA will invite the Virtual United Nations to make a decision on the matter or for a smaller committee to make the decision.

The experimental corporation would like to remain indepentant currently.
