Flights to Tel Aviv

Atlantis Virtual Airlines would like to begin four weekly flights to Tel Aviv. One from Gibraltar(Cargo), one from Lisbon(Passenger), one from Kiev(Cargo), and one from Rome(Passenger). We would also like to begin two flights to Moscow, one from Kiev and one from Athens, both passenger. For each flight we will pay SEC $6,000 and $3,000 for airport fees. SEC will also receive 30% off on executive flights aboard our Lear 60's and 10% off of contracted flights to carry equipment, vehicles, or soldeirs.

we grant you permision to beging flying CIVILIAN aircraft over SEC territory, however please observe the no-fly zones and keep a bood berth from SEC bases.

Since its a VA, not a VM there won't be any problems with anything but commercial aircraft flying over your territory, it is just the matter of landing there.

How about this, all of our passenger aircraft will squawk 3343. Cargo and VIP will squawk 3353. Contractor flights will squawk 3363. If you see an aircraft squawking any of those and you are suspicious let me know and I'll confirm or deny that its ours.
