ITMA Department of Research and Development
The International Trade and Manufacturing Administration would like to announce the Department of Research and Development. With a budget of $32,000,000 a year from IOF, AVA, and ITMA profits this department will focus on different aspects of .cfg an .air file editing to produce new variations of aircraft. Right now the following is in development:
RB-1 Vampire: Aircraft body of the B-1B. This aircraft flies faster and higher for recon operations while maintaining its ability to bomb targets. This gives it the advantage of hitting a target, then going to high altitudes to avoid most fighters.
XRF-45 Phoenix: High speed, maneuverability, and altitude over extremely long ranges. The XRF-45 is a multirole aircraft that can both attack ground targets and do recon ops. Although it sounds like an ideal fighter and can be used in the fighter role it accelerates too quickly in many dogfight situations. A model is in the works and the aircraft is available only to IOF allies. Before the model is completed we will mount the flight dynamics onto an aircraft of your choosing.
Lear 60-Version Foxtrot: A standard Lear 60 with high altitude capability and advanced radar so it can detect and avoid enemy fighters.
Advanced Enviorment Engine System: This is a special type of engine that will be added to the .cfg of the aircraft you choose. This engine uses half the fuel of current aircraft at speeds up to 80% greater.

Re: ITMA Department of Research and Development
We have begun three new projects.
Mig-21XF1 Lightning III: Model of the Mig-21, capable of high altitude and high speed interception. Designed to track, intercept, and destroy B-1R's.
C-141XC1A Spacelifter: Model of the C-141, capable of high altitude and extremely high speeds in delivering troops, vehicles, and equipment. Carries flares to avoid AIM-9 Sidewinders and other heatseeking missiles.
C-141XC1B Bison: STOL Variant of the Spacelifter, does not fly as fast or high, but can land at almost any airport in almost any weather conditions. Carries flares to avoid AIM-9 Sidewinders and other heatseeking missiles.
