Reconnaissance Aircraft Empty Reconnaissance Aircraft

The International Trade and Manufacturing Administration is beginning research into upgrading reconnaissance aircraft such as the SR-71 and the, still in development, XRF-45. We are also looking into the possibility of researching the A-12 Blackbird.
