Also, WDF is interested in Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Minnesota

before you guys continue with negotiations, i would just like to stress that military forces are being withdrawn as we speak from those states.
for the UFF's "dibbs" the estimate is:
17,932,704,000,000
also we would like to know what you intend to do with the land.
as for the WDF, we will have to heavily consider your offer. you guys are quite dominant as far as amount of land goes, so we arnt totally sure if we would like to give you the land or not. we are listening to what you have to offer though...
